Delivery Without Moving Goods-Direction To Bailee
DELIVERY WITHOUT MOVING GOODS-DIRECTION TO BAILEE
No physical delivery of the goods shall be made to the buyer, but delivery under this agreement shall be made by delivering to buyer [an acknowledgment of bailee of the right of buyer to possession of the goods or a written direction to bailee to deliver the goods to buyer].
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
